Travel Shoe Bag Tutorial

Need a gift for a girl friend?

There are 2 things a girl can never have enough of, friends and shoes.

Why not be a great friend and make those girls a travel bag to tuck those shoes into.

Today I am over at Thermoweb with the full pattern and tutorial
to make a
 Drawstring Travel Shoe Bag
complete with an appliqued high heel shoe with HeatNBond Lite.

Make the bag with 2 fat quarters  (I used Windham fabric’s Meriwether )
and
a little black and white fabric.

I made another one that you won't see on Thermoweb, but it's for my daughter because she is such a pet lover.  The fabrics are Moda’s, Woof Woof Meow by Stacy Iest Hsu.

These bags would be great for graduation, mother's day, or any time you need a practical gift for a lady in your world.

Help yourself to the free tutorial over on the Thermoweb blog today.
Make yourself a bag
then go buy yourself some shoes.

You could even make the applique pattern into a quilt. hmmm, that's an idea.
Shoes always make me happy...
