Super simple doesn't mean unversatile.
Look at all the ways these blocks can be manipulated into different patterns and designs.
Block #15 could be combined with any of the blocks to change it's look,
but it's so simple and pretty on it's own.
Center of Attention
Size Unfinished: 10 1/2" x 10 1/2"
Finished Size: 10 x 10"
Cut 4 squares 3" x 3" - two red / two white
Cut 2 rectangles 3" x 51/2" - white
Cut 2 rectangles 3" x 10 1/2" - white
Stitch them together as laid out with 1/4" seams.
Stitch the 4 patch in the middle first, then stitch the small rectangles to each side.
Lastly, stitch the long rectangles to the top and bottom.
Give yourself a pat on the back.
This block makes a very pretty quilt
and it deserves to be the
Center of Attention.

My days have been away from the computer, but I had to come check out the progress. They look great together.
These blocks are building into a great quilt
I love the name! I wish I could have started the blocks when the hop started. At least I can go back and try when I have more time.
