Today, Thermoweb is featuring my newest project
for all the baseball loving families of summer.
My family is crazy about baseball and summer means countless days at the ballpark.
With 3 boys, my sister barely has time to eat or sleep, but she never misses a game.
I know a few boys who would love this pillow.
I love to applique, but Deco Foil is a quick way to add shiny letters to a quilting project.
Have you played with it?
It's so simple to trace the letters onto Hot Melt Adhesive, cut them out, iron the adhesive onto a project, and then cover the adhesive with foil.
Want to see more?
Check out my post on theThermoWeb Blog today for a tutorial and link to the pattern.
Don't just sit on the bench, come play with me. ;)
This one's for you, Nathan
With lots of love.

That is really cute. I know a few boys here who would love it too.
What a super cute project.
Hi Carla,
OMG - this is just so cute. I can think of several men and boys who would like this pillow. I'm just finishing a Cubs quilt for my 27 year-old nephew. I have no doubt if he saw this it would be added to the list. ~smile~ Roseanne
Carla, this is darling! Thank you for the tutorial. I am eager to try out the Deco Foil on a project soon. Quick question. Do you use the steam with the wool setting on your iron, or set it to dry? Thank you in advance for your help!
