In Our Garden Blocks for November

The
In Our Garden Block of the Month blog hop
Hosted by Amy over at
has the cutest blocks and I've kept up with the blocks all year (so far).
Every month one designer shares an applique block and a pieced block
and by January this will be a super cute quilt.

The weather is frightful here today so please excuse the inside pictures, but I wanted to post my Friday finish in a timely fashion.
If I took these blocks outside today they would end up in Oklahoma.

This months block were designed by Lana over at It Seams to be Sew and are fast to make.

Lana loves anything bunnies so she designed a little Pilgrim bunny harvesting the last of the carrots and corn flowers for the applique block.  Of course I used my favorite fabric iron on adhesive by ThermowebHeatnBond® Lite, for the fusible appliques.

The pieced block this month is a pinwheel.  How appropriate for this super windy day!

I was lucky enough to receive Riley Blake fabrics for this quilt.
That pinwheel is so pretty with  fabrics in Botanique by fabric designer Lila Tueller.

There is still time to jump in and make this quilt with us!
