90 Degrees in October?

90 degrees in October?

Why yes it is.

That's why we are smiling.

That and we took a ride in the Viking this afternoon.

And watched the sun go down.
It was just beautiful.

I finished a couple of blocks for October in my Modern Block Party.

The queen of October is using these blocks to make a Patchwork Chevron Quilt.

Why is it, that every month I make these blocks I want to make the quilt?

These girls have great taste in pattern and colors.

The weatherman is saying this warm weather is going away.....
How sad.
I'll miss you warm weather.
Until we meet again.

P.S.  Don't forget to check out the blog hop going on over at Sew We Quilt.

Wicked Wendy has the complete schedule HERE for the Black Cat Crossing Blog Hop.

Gorgeous sunset - we have Kansas-style winds here ... howling through the trees and the leaves are blowing fantastically!
Those blocks are super cute - what size are they?

Gorgeous sunset. We didn't have 90 but we were warm enough for shirtsleeves to work outside. Love those glowing days in autumn
