30 days of bloggers
showing new and different ways to use each of the
30 quilt blocks.
Today's all-star blogger is
Let's get started on
Block 20 - Classic
The name says it all.
Size Unfinished: 10 1/2" x 10 1/2"
Finished Size: 10 x 10"
Stitch them together as laid out with 1/4" seams.
Stitch the corner squares to the small side rectangles
then stitch the top and bottom middle rectangles to the middle square.
Next stitch the three columns together.
Make 30 blocks, but make half of them with another color way
and put them together for a fast and fun quilt.
I am using Tula Pink's newest fabric collection,
All Stars to show each block.
And you can win your own bundle of All Stars too.
The giveaway ends April 29th.
I will announce the winner on the last day of the blog hop
April 30th.

ReplyDeleteAnother inspiring day, Carla! This is one of my favorite alternate blocks. Looks wonderful in your Tula Pink. Thanks for hosting ... :) Pat
ReplyDeleteThis is another good one! Great ideas!
ReplyDeleteThis hop look like fun! I have some catching up to do.
ReplyDeleteThanks for another nudge to quilt more!
ReplyDeleteI always like this block for the Irish Chain look it provides, along with the ability to do some Fussy Cut Work for the larger block. So simple, yet can be so dramatically effective.
I love Tula Pink! Fun hop! Thank you, Susan
ReplyDeleteIt is interesting when you see the blocks lined up next to each other like that. I did not expect it to form squares like that. ;-
ReplyDeleteI am enjoying this hop. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteEnjoying the blog hop!! Have a great day! angielovesgary2 atgmail dotcom
ReplyDeleteI'm finally caught up. I am busting my scrap stash! Hope it turns out as beautiful as yours.
ReplyDeleteGreat block
