Here is what I used to make them:
SpraynBond Basting Adhesive Fabric Spray
Soft Stretch Lite iron-on adhesive
StitchnSew Sew-In Fleece
Pressing Paper
Don't let those cuddle fabrics intimidate you.
I have lots of tips over on the Thermoweb Blog to make stitching them a breeze.

My Granddaughter is going to love these.
