Hi Carla! I've visited all of the Blooming Flower projects today and found that the Pachyderms in my Petunia Patch at Moosestash Quilting is my favorite for the day! The smiling elephants with goofy glasses and patchwork flowers are so lively and adorable!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to all the pretty projects!
ReplyDeleteSew much fun! Beth @ Words & Stitches
ReplyDeleteI visited all of the blogs and enjoyed each one. I am looking forward to trying the tutorial at Days Filled with Joy to make a roll up for my needlework. All of the projects are great!
ReplyDeleteI adore Joan's pachyderms at Moosestash Quilting. It brings back memories of my son calling his little sister "Jamie Elephant" instead of "Jamie Alison." That's what quilting is about - memories.
ReplyDeleteLove the elephant & flower quilt at MooseStash quilting.

Thanks so much for this delightful blog hop! I love flowers, and its fun to see them used in such creative ways. I laughed when I saw Pachyderms in my Petunia Patch because it reminds me of a conversation that I recently overhead my husband and our seven-year old granddaughter having:
ReplyDeleteNatalie: Why does Gracie (our cat) walk around the yard to all the same places every day?
Steve: She is patrolling the property. She keeps elephants away.
Natalie: Do you have a problem with elephants?
Steve: No, Gracie keeps them away.
Natalie: Did you use to have a problem with elephants?
Love the toucan and flowers on seams to be sew. Love the expression on the toucan and the great bright flowers that have so much detail.
ReplyDeleteFun hop. Thanks.
