Hop-inspired Mug Rugs.
I enjoy hosting blog hop events so much!
and I, Carla from Creatin' in the Sticks
take turns hosting the blog hops and themes/challenges.
We have been working together to plan next year's hops.
Today I am sharing mug rugs that I have made in preparation for upcoming blog hops.
Mug Rugs are great little practice pieces for the future.
First, there is one more blog hop this year.
This Christmas Gnome was paper pieced and I think he will be great in a larger project.
I can't wait to show it, but that will have to wait until the

Bears, Blue, or anything cold. That is the challenge. I think this mug rug fits that bill.

This is one idea I have.
Now you have a little info about what we have planned for the first 3 months of the year. I had so much fun making little quilts (mug rugs), this may be something to do for every hop.
