Sew Happy!!! September is Here!

Happy National Sewing Month!!

 Today is the first day of a month of celebrating my favorite craft 
and
there are several happenings for September I would like to share.

 Thermoweb is offering one of my patterns with every order.

Today the eighth block of the 
Sun, Sand, and Sea Block of the Month is revealed
and
Carol over at Just Let Me Quilt
has the link to her pattern to share.


Thanks to Clothworks, I'm stitching my blocks with for this quilt with
American Made Brand solid fabrics.
The colors are so vibrant and nice to stitch with!


To applique,
 I ONLY use my favorite fabric iron on adhesive by Therm O Web,

To stitch around all those little pieces
 I used my "go to" - Aurifil 50 wt.


It's not too late to join the fun.  September would be a great time to start!
There are 4 more months of blocks and the past blocks are available.
We gather on Facebook to share
our blocks and visit with other
participants about this quilt
and there is a link up every month with prizes!

The Christmas Row Along starts next week 
with some awesome designed rows and prizes,
 hosted by Marian at Seams to be Sew.

Each row is an interpretation of a Christmas song or poem.

All of the patterns are free for a limited time so you will want to download them right away.





Creatin' in the Sticks will reveal "Will the Real Santa Please Stand Up?" on Thursday.
