CREATE A QUICK FALL PILLOW WITH THERM O WEB SPRAY ADHESIVES AND DECO FOIL™

I'm so thrilled to be over at the Therm-o-web blog today
showing how to create this pillow.

Fall is near and it is time to start thinking about fall décor.  Deco Foil™ in beautiful fall colors teams perfectly with the natural color of burlap to capture the warmth of fall decorating.
It's a quick and easy project for a crisp fall afternoon.

No one will know that you made it yourself.
All the details can be found by clicking HERE.

Have a great day!

Quilt Along Blocks

I started the year with several hops
and
have only really kept up with two.

I have fallen a touch behind in
Alida (TweloQ) Designs "Play with Me" quilt along.

Here is the block for July:
" Hex game"
with a focus on English Paper Piecing.

This is my favorite block yet in this quilt along, but July was just too busy.
I'll catch up in August (at least that is what I keep telling myself).
After all, I have until Christmas.  :)

My next blocks are the August blocks for
In Our Garden BOM blog hop
Hosted by Amy over at Sew Incredibly Crazy

These super cute blocks were designed by
Kris over at Kris Loves Fabric.

Kris has the free tutorial and pattern over on her blog HERE.

I didn't take a shot of all the blocks so far this month,
but I can't wait to put them all together.
There is too much cuteness.

I was lucky enough to receive Riley Blake fabrics for this quilt.

Here is the list of bloggers and the months:

February - Blocks 1 and 2

March - Blocks 3 and 4
Carol – Just Let Me Quilt

April -  Blocks 4 and 5

Interfacing - The Perfect Foundation for Buttons

While every talks about fabric addiction I'm afraid I have another one.
BUTTONS!

I love to embellish my projects with buttons and today I am over at the
to show how to use Heat-n-Bond interfacing as a foundation for button art
and
Heat-n-Bond Fleece to make this tote to show off that art.

My daughter grabbed this tote right up!

Deco Foil added the perfect touch to the apple.

If you are into buttons, need a lunch tote, or a teacher gift bag
check this project out HERE.
It's a super fun way to spend an afternoon.
